Cindy Braunschweig serves on the Board of Directors for Shoes4Athletes, bringing 15 years of dedicated experience as a retired elementary school teacher in Springdale. Throughout her teaching career at Jones Elementary, she saw firsthand how sports can transform a child's confidence and well-being. Driven by this passion, she created and managed a successful afterschool tennis program for her students, and later served as an assistant tennis coach for Springdale High School. Cindy is thrilled to leverage her deep roots in the local school system and her athletic coaching background to ensure middle and junior high students have the proper gear to confidently join their school teams.

An avid tennis player herself, Cindy lives in the area with her husband, Tim, and their golden retriever, George Bailey.

She is the proud mother of three adult children and has one grandchild. When she isn't playing tennis, volunteering at her church, or playing Mahjong, she can be found cheering on the Arkansas Razorbacks and Cincinnati Bearcats football, where her son is a coach.
